Once we’ve had our initial discussion with you, we’ll want to see your property in person to get a real feel for the space and your vision for how you want to transform it. DESIGN

This is where your ideas and our creativity come together. By working through a number of different options, we can narrow it down to your preferred choice. Once you have approved these drawings, we pass them on to our engineers. The next step is to discuss materials and aesthetics, and once choices have been made, we produce a comprehensive document outlining everything that will go into your home renovation project. This keeps everyone on the same page and ensures that the project is completed on time, on budget and that you get the right materials.

BUILD

All right, it’s time to get to work! This is by far the most exciting part of the process, both for you and for us. You’ll start to see everything we’ve talked about come to life. Your project schedule and materials are prepared months in advance to ensure there are no hiccups. This is where many other companies fall short, leading to overruns and unhappy customers. Not us. Our team will always respect your space and we’ll keep you informed with weekly progress updates and answer any questions you may have along the way. Before the final completion date, we will walk through the space with you to see if there is anything we can improve. Our work isn’t complete until you give us the final thumbs up.

AFTERCARE

For us, the relationship doesn’t end when a project is completed. We continue to look after our clients and provide a review of the work done on your property. If you have a question, need design advice or just want to chat, we’re always there for you.
